Return and Refund Policy

At BoxBaba, we create packaging to your specifications. This policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations and problems with your order.

Custom Orders and Returns

Personalised and custom-made packaging is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or do not match their description.

Please check your artwork, measurements and order details before approving production. Customer-supplied errors accurately reproduced from an approved proof do not normally qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your delivery promptly. If you find damage, defects or an incorrect quantity, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, the affected quantity and clear photographs. Keep the products and shipping packaging for inspection.

The requested reporting period does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Resolving Your Claim

We will investigate the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint, replacement, partial refund or full refund. Where consumer law entitles you to a particular remedy, we will honour that entitlement.

Returning Products

Contact us for return instructions before sending products back. We will provide the appropriate return address and shipping arrangements.

For approved returns caused by our error, we cover reasonable authorised return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies to these returns.

Order Cancellation

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Custom orders can generally only be stopped before production begins. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and explain any applicable costs before proceeding.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Your payment provider may require additional time to credit your account.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under applicable UK law. Consumer rights apply to purchases made as a consumer; business orders are also subject to their agreed contract terms.
