Return & Refund Policy

At Box Baba, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging products along with reliable customer support. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and we aim to handle every request in a fair and transparent way.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please inform us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly. The defective product must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, we will proceed with a reprint. For bulk orders, the reprint process usually takes around 10 business days.

Non-Defective Products

We also accept returns for non-defective items within 7 days of delivery. Return the items in their original condition and packaging

Please note that any reprints or replacements for non-defective products will be at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

Due to the customised nature of our products, Box Baba offers partial refunds only.

Once an order is approved by the customer, production begins immediately. For this reason:

  • We retain 99% of the product cost
  • Full refunds or compensation are not provided after delivery

Refund & Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days. The amount will be issued according to our refund policy terms.
To start a return or report a problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@boxbaba.co.uk within the required timeframe
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Share a clear description of the issue (including images if possible)
